Start in three steps
Sign up
Business name, your name, phone number and a password. Tick the directions you work in and the categories are prepared for you.
Add your products
Name, unit, price per day, week, month or year, and the quantity. You add staff later.
Make your first rental
Choose the customer and the product, set the terms. The rental number and the bill are on screen right away.
Is Ijara paid?
Ijara is free for now: sign up and start working right away.
Where do I download the app?
You do not need to. Ijara opens in your phone browser: app.ijarachi.app. There is no separate app in the App Store or Google Play. On a computer, go to panel.ijarachi.app.
How do I add it to my phone’s home screen?
iPhone (Safari): tap “Share”, then “Add to Home Screen”. Android (Chrome): open the browser menu (three dots), then “Add to Home screen”. After that the app opens with one tap, like any other app.
Does it work without internet?
No, the app needs an internet connection. If the connection drops, a warning appears and saving will not go through. When the internet is back, repeat the action.
Where is my data stored?
Not on your phone but on a server, so your data stays even if you change phones. Each business’s data is separate and no other business can see it. You sign in with a phone number and a password, and staff only see the sections opened to them.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. The owner adds a staff member with a phone number and a password. Staff rent out, take back and accept payments; reports, prices and settings are for the owner only. If someone leaves, switch them to deactivated and their work stays in the history.
Which languages does it speak?
Uzbek, Russian and English. You can change the language in the menu at any time. Product and customer names stay as you typed them.
Does an overdue customer get an SMS?
The app does not send SMS by itself. When you tap SMS, your phone’s SMS app opens with a ready text and you send the message yourself. Calling the customer is one tap too.
